When Health is Not a Choice Explained

There is no single in good health food choices, which is an unsatisfying conclusion that decades of research keep producing. Populations with very different eating patterns achieve good outcomes. What they share is more informative than what distinguishes them.

Looking at what shapes daily health, taking the long view does not mean sacrificing the present.
